史克里亞賓不僅是廿世紀初偉大的鋼琴家，以作曲家之地位在音樂史上更被認為是「前無古人，後無來者」，其音樂經常被與「肉欲」、「神秘」、「晦澀」等字詞聯想在一起。本文將從時代背景與其生涯做為起點，根據精神思想及技巧實踐等兩個層面，切入並探討史氏之音樂創作，並以作曲角度加以淺析，印證形式風格與歷史脈絡之關連。前言：十九世紀末俄羅斯音樂概況一、文藝思潮：銀色時代與象徵主義二、史克里亞賓的生平三、思想與音樂創作：我思故我作，我作乃我思。四、作曲手法探討：揭開神秘的面紗（一）語彙、織度（二）和聲（三）旋律（四）形式總結：浪漫、神秘與前衛？
"Scriabin is not only a great pianist, but also a composer in early 20th century. His music has no parallel in history and is usually associated with lust, mystery, obscurity, and so on.
