教學理論與實務:一個大學課室的個案研究

當前科技高度發展與社會快速愛遷改變知識與學習的面貌,教育的理念從「教育訓練」到「終身學習」的概念變、從「教育」到「學習」的轉化伙大學教育漸趨向學習與範,大學的任務與目標在創造學習,產生學習,將大學教奇機制從教學的供給概念帶到以學習者為主體的學習支持與學習環境營造觀點。本文從學習典範出發,以學生學習與終身學習作為藝大通識教育的目標,論述學習典範的意涵,在反思性終身學習的理論脈絡下思考以學生的學習為主體思維的通酸課程與教學建構。並就北藝大實踐通識教育其中課程系統的建立與作者參與授課之四門關照學習典範所開發的通驗程教學實踐,提出經驗與反思。
The changing paradigm from teaching to learning suggests a college is an institution that exists to produce learning. This shift to a learning paradigm may liberate and inspire the theory and practice of the general education in universities. The first section of this paper explores the concepts of this alternative paradigm and discusses some of the emerging discourse and educational reforms that also focus on fostering learners' learning as an important mission and purpose of higher education. Then followed by placing emphasis on the learning paradigm for general education and the goal to support students as lifelong learners. The last part presents reflective practices of the GB curriculum and instruction based on the learning paradigm in TNUA.
