近年，<文物〉分別刊出山西離石東漢墓與西安曲江翠竹園西漢墓的文字資料以及相關畫像，十分珍貴。然而二文當中，尚有三字從缺。其中，前者缺字涉及干支記日法;相對於此，後者缺字典題記則是涉及壁畫人物。因此，本文嘗試判讀該當缺字的字形，參考前後文脈的字義，比對文字、圖像以及墓室裝飾的喪葬情境，從而嘗試補上未釋之缺字。同時，略述題記所見之葬俗，以及因應此一葬俗的造型美術。

Recently, ”Wenwu (Artifacts)” published valuable information and images on an Eastern Han Dynasty tomb near Lishi City, Shanxi, and a Western Han Dynasty tomb near Cuizhuyuan, Xian. Yet, the old texts from these two tombs were incomplete since three characters were missing. Amongst these two, one's missing characters involved the Ganzi Calendar (based on the sexagenary cycle), while the other's missing characters and inscription were related to mural figures. However, this paper attempts to interpret the forms of the missing characters. Through referencing character definitions of contextual references, and juxtaposing texts, images, and burial conditions suggested by tomb decorations, it tries to piece together the missing characters. This paper also outlines relevant scriptures and artworks associated with this burial custom.
