對於想要入門瞭解、欣賞、或是學習音樂的人而言，影音產品是一類相當重要的參考資料。在傳統音樂式微的今天，想在一般坊間見到南管或是北管這類傳統音樂的影音出版品更不是一件容易的事情；雖然若干唱片行曾出版不少值得欣賞的北管音樂，但由於時間久遠，當中絕大多數的影音出版品都已絕版，一般大眾更是不易取得。由於上述原因，本文將介紹對象限定在近五年所出版的各類影音資料，並選擇當中較具特色的項目作介紹，讀者可以在這些影音產品中欣賞到自不同地區、不同訓練出身的藝人們所呈現的北管技藝，並在演奏曲目上認識到北管的許多樣貌。最後，在文末的附表中列出目前還可能在市面上尋找得到的各類北管影音出版品，以提供對北管有興趣者進一步的欣賞。

The audio-visual publications are an important part of references to those who want to understand, to enjoy, or to learn music. In these days, it is not so easy to find some audio-visual publications of traditional music in Taiwan. The public can not get some good beiguan music easily that they had been published because most of them were out-of-print for a long time. This review is talking about the audio-visual publications of beiguan in recent five years and introduces some of them that they are more distinguished. By these publications, the readers can appreciate many performances of beiguan musicians who come from many regions and have the different ways to be disciplined and trained and realize many aspects of beiguan. If you have been touched with the sound of beiguan, there is an appendix that lists more audio-visual publications related to beiguan which could be found in current markets.
