校園綠建築生態指標與設計觀念之實踐:臺灣學校建築案例分析

臺灣的綠建築係以亞熱帶高溫高濕氣候特性,掌握建築物對生態(ecology)、節能(energy saving)、減廢(waste reduction)、健康(health)之需求,訂定綠建築(EEWH)評估系統。 該系統按照生態、節能、減廢、健康四大指標群的方向,可分為九大指標來評估,分別為: 生物多樣性指標、綠化指標、基地保水指標、日常節能指標、二氧化碳減量指標、廢棄物減 量指標、室內環境指標、水資源指標、污水垃圾改善指標。本研究聚焦於校園綠建築中有關 生態設計觀念,包括人工濕地、生態池、綠籬、親水性鋪面等,符合生物多樣性指標、綠化 指標、基地保水指標三項生態向度的建築實例。
Green Building and its benefits are gaining more and more attention in Taiwan. This study is to discuss the green building indicators in the real environment and the situation of actual application. Nine assessment indicators of Green Building include biological diversity, greening, raining storage in building site, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, waste reduction, indoor environment, water resource,and sewage rubbish improvement. This paper especially aims at three assessment indicators for“greening",“biological diversity", and“raining storage in building site"of the Green Building. Finally, the study makes the deep-going exploration of this three assessment indicators and applies in some school campuses.
